You and your dog’s happiness is our number 1 priority and we stand by our product 100%. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product we will offer a hassle free full refund or replacement if we receive your return within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us at [email protected] to arrange.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Unless the product is faulty the buyer is responsible for any return costs. We recommend shipping your return with a tracked service as we do not refund for any items lost in shipping.

Damages and issues

While we are confident in our quality and inspection process, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, personalised products (such as special orders or custom items including name tags, name plates etc.) We also do not accept returns for perishable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will do our best to help you.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



We dispatch items that are in stock within 1 to 2 working days. Custom orders will be take longer and up to 10 days for dispatch. If you have a specific date by which you need your item delivered by please contact us before ordering and we do our best.


Delivery Charge

Standard Shipping: £4:00 (within 3 days)

Recorded Shipping: £5:00 (within 3 days)


Standard Shipping: £6:50 (next day)

Recorded Shipping: £7:50 (next day)


Please note: shipping to EU and Worldwide destinations will incur additional shipping costs. If you are outside the mainland UK please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order. Pottery items are only available for UK Mainland delivery


We have not experienced an issue shipping to our customers using our standard shipping service. However, if you choose this option you are doing so at your own risk. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, we will send you proof of receipt and you can look to make a claim with the courier.
